Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These Terms of Service apply when you purchase or participate in the Inbound on YouTube programme.

Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Who We Are

Inbound on YouTube is operated by:

Bray Videos Limited
Suite G04
1 Quality Court
Chancery Lane
London
England
WC2A 1HR

Email: [email protected]

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Bray Videos Limited.

"You" and "your" mean the person or business purchasing or participating in Inbound on YouTube.

2. About Inbound on YouTube

Inbound on YouTube is an implementation and educational programme designed to help participants create and launch a specialised YouTube channel for their business.

The programme is intended to help participants build a YouTube channel around the questions, problems and buying decisions of the people their business wants to attract.

The programme is designed around five stages:

RESEARCH → POSITION → BUILD → PUBLISH → ESTABLISH

The primary implementation period is 90 days.

Your programme also includes access to the Inbound on YouTube private community for 12 months from your enrolment date, unless access ends earlier in accordance with these Terms.

3. What Is Included

Depending on the programme format and schedule, your participation may include:

  • Access to the Inbound on YouTube training programme.

  • Video and other educational materials.

  • Templates and programme resources.

  • Scheduled live calls.

  • Coaching and implementation guidance.

  • Access to the private Inbound on YouTube community.

  • Opportunities to ask questions and receive feedback.

  • Updates or additional programme resources we may provide.

The precise timing, format and availability of live sessions, coaching and resources may vary reasonably as the programme develops.

We may use third-party platforms, including Skool and other appropriate technology providers, to deliver parts of the programme.

4. The 90-Day Objective

The objective of the initial 90-day implementation period is to provide you with the training, framework, guidance and resources required to build and launch a specialised YouTube channel for your business.

If you implement the programme, the intended outcome is that you develop:

  • A clearly defined target viewer and prospective customer.

  • Research into your niche and relevant competitors.

  • Clear channel positioning.

  • Defined content themes or pillars.

  • A created and configured YouTube channel.

  • An appropriate viewer journey and calls to action.

  • A bank of relevant video subjects.

  • Published video content.

  • A repeatable process for creating and publishing future videos.

  • An understanding of the basic information available from YouTube to help evaluate future content.

  • A plan for continuing to develop the channel after the initial 90 days.

Our responsibility is to provide the programme, guidance and resources described.

Your responsibility is to implement them.

We cannot build, operate or maintain your channel on your behalf unless we separately agree in writing to provide additional services.

5. No Guarantee of Leads or Commercial Results

Inbound on YouTube is designed to help you build a YouTube channel with a commercial purpose.

However, we do not guarantee that your channel will generate leads, enquiries, customers, sales, revenue, views, subscribers, watch hours, search rankings or any other particular result.

The performance of a YouTube channel depends on many factors outside our control.

These may include:

  • The viability, quality and legality of your product or service.

  • Market and customer demand.

  • Competition.

  • Your pricing and proposition.

  • Your expertise and positioning.

  • The quality of the videos you produce.

  • Your consistency in producing and publishing content.

  • Your implementation of the programme.

  • YouTube's systems, policies and algorithms.

  • Your sales and follow-up processes.

  • Market and economic conditions.

  • Other factors specific to your business.

Examples, illustrations, case studies or experiences discussed within the programme are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

6. Your Responsibilities

To obtain meaningful value from the programme, you are expected to participate actively.

You are responsible for:

  • Completing relevant training.

  • Carrying out research and implementation work.

  • Making your own business decisions.

  • Creating and publishing your own content.

  • Attending or participating in relevant scheduled sessions where possible.

  • Providing accurate information when requesting guidance.

  • Ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary for content you publish.

  • Ensuring your business, products, services, claims and marketing comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Complying with YouTube's rules, terms and policies.

  • Protecting your own account credentials and systems.

You remain responsible for all decisions made in relation to your business and YouTube channel.

7. Founding Business Offer

During the initial launch of Inbound on YouTube, we may accept a limited number of participants as Founding Businesses.

The Founding Business programme investment is $1,000.

The intended standard programme investment following the Founding Business launch is $2,000.

A Founding Business receives the programme and community access described in these Terms, subject to any additional details clearly communicated before purchase.

In return for receiving the Founding Business rate, we ask Founding Businesses to:

  • Participate actively in the programme.

  • Provide candid and constructive feedback.

  • Provide an honest reference about their experience at the end of the implementation period.

  • Where separately agreed, allow aspects of their experience to be documented as a case study.

You are not required to provide a positive reference or endorsement.

We will not publish your name, likeness, business information, quotation, reference, testimonial or case study for promotional purposes without obtaining appropriate permission for the intended use.

Founding Business places are limited and admission is based on suitability. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

8. Programme Fees and Payment

The price applicable to you will be clearly communicated before you purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full when you enrol.

The Founding Business programme investment is $1,000.

The intended standard programme investment is $2,000.

If we subsequently introduce instalment plans, alternative packages or different pricing, the terms applicable to those arrangements will be provided before purchase.

You are responsible for any charges, taxes or currency-conversion costs imposed by your bank, payment provider or other third party.

We will not increase the price of the programme you have already purchased after your contract has been formed.

9. Programme Duration and Community Access

The primary implementation programme runs for approximately 90 days from your agreed programme start date.

Your private Inbound on YouTube community access continues for 12 months from your enrolment date, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

At the end of the 12-month period:

  • Your programme/community access ends automatically.

  • There is no automatic renewal.

  • We will not automatically charge you for another year.

We may choose to offer additional or continuing services in the future, but you are under no obligation to purchase them.

10. Live Calls and Scheduling

Live calls, coaching sessions or other scheduled activities may take place at dates and times communicated through the programme or community.

Schedules may occasionally need to change.

Where reasonably possible, we will give participants appropriate notice of material schedule changes.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, missing a live session does not extend the 90-day programme or 12-month community-access period.

Where recordings are made available, availability and duration may vary.

11. Programme Changes

Inbound on YouTube is a developing programme, particularly during its Founding Business stage.

We may make reasonable changes to:

  • Training materials.

  • Lesson order.

  • Templates.

  • Tools or software recommended.

  • Call schedules.

  • Programme delivery methods.

  • Community structure.

We may do this to improve the programme, update outdated information, respond to changes in YouTube or technology, or improve delivery.

We will not use this right to remove or materially reduce the core programme you purchased without an appropriate reason or remedy.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the training, frameworks, videos, templates, documents, graphics, written materials and other programme resources provided by Bray Videos Limited are owned by or licensed to Bray Videos Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the programme materials for your own participation and, where appropriate, for the internal purposes of the business for which you purchased the programme.

You must not, without our written permission:

  • Reproduce or republish substantial programme materials.

  • Sell, sublicense or commercially distribute programme materials.

  • Share your programme login or access with unauthorised people.

  • Upload programme materials to public websites, file-sharing services or other communities.

  • Present our programme, frameworks or materials as your own training product.

  • Record, copy or redistribute live sessions except where we have expressly permitted this.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using the knowledge and skills you learn through the programme in your own business.

You retain ownership of the original content, branding, videos and other materials you create for your own business.

13. Community Standards

The Inbound on YouTube community is intended to provide a constructive environment for business owners.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten or abuse other participants.

  • Post unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or deliberately harmful material.

  • Spam or repeatedly solicit other participants without permission.

  • Misuse confidential or commercially sensitive information shared by another participant.

  • Share another participant's private information without permission.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or programme materials.

  • Use the community for unlawful purposes.

We may take proportionate action where these standards are breached, including warnings, removal of content, temporary suspension or, for serious or repeated breaches, termination of access.

Where appropriate, we will normally seek to resolve less serious issues before terminating access.

14. Confidentiality and Other Participants

Participants may discuss their businesses, strategies, challenges and experiences within the programme.

You agree to treat information that is clearly confidential or commercially sensitive as confidential and not disclose it outside the programme without permission.

However, you should not share trade secrets, passwords, highly sensitive personal information or other information that you cannot safely disclose.

We cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with their obligations, although we may take reasonable action if a breach is brought to our attention.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Inbound on YouTube may involve or recommend third-party platforms and services, such as YouTube, Skool, Google, vidIQ, AI tools and other software.

Those services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, pricing, privacy policies and availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party fees are not included in your programme investment.

We are not responsible for changes made by third-party providers to their services, policies, features, pricing or availability.

Nothing in this section affects any legal responsibility we have for the services that Bray Videos Limited itself has agreed to provide.

16. AI and Research Tools

The programme may demonstrate or recommend artificial intelligence and other research tools.

Outputs generated by AI systems or automated tools can be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying information before relying on it or publishing it.

You must also ensure that your use of AI-generated or third-party material complies with applicable laws, platform policies and intellectual property rights.

17. Cancellation Rights for Consumers

This section applies where you purchase Inbound on YouTube as a consumer and applicable consumer law gives you cancellation rights.

If you enter into the contract online or otherwise at a distance, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day after the contract is entered into, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising a statutory cancellation right.

To cancel, you may contact:

[email protected]

and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.

Before purchase, we will provide any additional cancellation information required by law.

Starting the Programme During the Cancellation Period

Inbound on YouTube includes services and access to digital programme materials.

If you ask us to begin providing services during an applicable 14-day cancellation period, we may ask you to make an express request for the services to begin.

If you then exercise a statutory right to cancel after services have begun, the amount refundable may be affected by the value of services already supplied where the law permits this.

Where digital content is supplied immediately, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this may have on any statutory cancellation right relating to that digital content.

The exact effect of cancellation will depend on the nature of the services/content supplied and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Refunds Outside Statutory Rights

Except where:

  • Applicable law gives you a cancellation, refund or other remedy;

  • We fail to provide the programme as agreed and you are legally entitled to a remedy; or

  • We expressly agree otherwise in writing,

programme fees are not refundable simply because you:

  • Change your mind after any applicable cancellation period has expired.

  • Decide not to participate.

  • Do not complete the programme.

  • Miss live calls.

  • Do not create or publish videos.

  • Decide YouTube is not suitable for you.

  • Do not achieve the results you hoped for.

This reflects the fact that programme access, materials, resources and delivery capacity are made available following enrolment.

Nothing in this section affects rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

19. If We Cancel or Cannot Provide the Programme

If we cancel the programme or are unable to provide a material part of what you purchased, we will consider an appropriate remedy having regard to:

  • The services already supplied.

  • The remaining services affected.

  • Applicable contractual and statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include rescheduling, providing an appropriate alternative, extending access, a proportionate refund or another reasonable remedy.

Nothing in this section reduces any remedy to which you are legally entitled.

20. Suspension or Termination for Serious Breach

We may suspend or terminate access where you commit a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

Examples may include:

  • Sharing programme access without permission.

  • Unlawfully distributing our intellectual property.

  • Serious harassment or abuse of other participants.

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Deliberate misuse of the programme or community.

  • Other serious unlawful conduct relating to your participation.

Where reasonable in the circumstances, we will tell you what the problem is and give you an opportunity to correct it before terminating access.

Immediate action may be appropriate where the breach is serious, unlawful or creates a material risk to us or other participants.

Any refund or other financial consequence of termination will depend on the circumstances, applicable law and the value of services already provided.

21. Educational and Business Information

Information provided through Inbound on YouTube is intended for educational and general business purposes.

It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where your business requires it.

22. Our Responsibility to You

We will provide our services with the level of care and skill required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your failure to follow reasonable instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you purchase the programme wholly or mainly for business purposes, you acknowledge that business decisions involve risk and that you remain responsible for decisions made in relation to your business, content, marketing and sales.

Nothing in this section affects statutory rights that apply to consumers.

23. Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

24. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of Inbound on YouTube, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.

Email:

[email protected]

We aim to deal with complaints fairly and reasonably.

Nothing in this complaints process prevents you from exercising any legal rights available to you.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law applicable where you live, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

26. Changes to These Terms

The Terms that apply to your purchase are those provided or made available when you enter into the contract.

We may update these Terms for future customers or where changes are reasonably required by law or the operation of the programme.

We will not retrospectively make a material change to an existing participant's contractual rights simply by publishing new Terms on our website.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the programme information and other terms expressly provided to you before purchase, form the agreement between you and Bray Videos Limited concerning your participation in Inbound on YouTube.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for statements or information that the law requires us to honour.
